We use it to respond to your request, define the scope of work, prepare a proposal, and perform the agreed services. We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing messages.
WhatsApp and external services
After your request is saved, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message. When you use WhatsApp or Dropbox, the transfer is also subject to the privacy policy of the service you choose.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you consent, to understand website visits and measure interactions such as page views and WhatsApp clicks. We do not send Google your name, phone number, or information entered in the contact form, and advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Retention and security
We retain contact requests for up to 12 months after the most recent communication, unless a contractual relationship begins or a legal obligation requires a longer period. Client documents are stored in a dedicated space, and we never request your bank password.

Only Hassan Aldakheel and the TM.Advisory team members assigned to deliver your service may access your files, and only to the extent needed to complete the work. No one is granted access before signing a written non-disclosure commitment. We do not share your information with anyone who is not assigned to deliver the service, sell it, or use it for marketing.

Your information may be processed by hosting and storage providers that are necessary to operate the website and deliver the service, and only to the extent required.
Access, correction, or deletion requests
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or request deletion. We complete file-deletion requests within 7 days unless a legal obligation requires us to retain a specific record.
